Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens after my trial ends?
Trial access will end automatically. You can then choose a subscription plan to continue using RankNest's features. All your data from the trial period will be preserved for 30 days.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact us for a full refund.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees ever. You only pay the monthly subscription fee for your chosen plan. Onboarding, training resources, and email support are included at no extra cost.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan limits. You can either upgrade to a higher tier or wait until the next billing cycle when your limits reset. We never charge overage fees.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. We're hosted on Supabase with SOC 2 Type II compliance.
