AI Analysis
Run voice-of-customer AI analysis on a campaign's messages and turn the themes, pain points, and customer language into copy.
Once a campaign has collected enough messages, AI analysis reads all of them and organizes what customers are saying into four views: key themes, pain points, value props, and actionable insights. Every finding is backed by direct customer quotes, so you can lift the language straight into your copy.
Run the analysis
- Open the campaign. If it's empty, start with Campaigns & Importing Reviews.
- Click AI Analysis in the campaign header. The button requires at least 10 messages; below that it shows how many more you need.
- On the analysis page, click Run Complete AI Analysis. A progress screen shows while the messages are processed.
Results save automatically, so they're still there the next time you open the page. Click Re-run Analysis after importing more messages to refresh them.
The four analysis tabs
If a tab has no results yet, which happens after a partial run, clicking it analyzes just that category.
- Key Themes: the topics customers mention most, with a frequency count per theme. Use these to decide what your pages should lead with.
- Pain Points: what customers complain about, each with an impact summary and a suggested solution. Use these for objection-handling copy and FAQ content.
- Value Props: what customers praise, each with a note on how to use it. Use these for headlines and benefit statements.
- Insights: cross-cutting observations with actionable steps, ordered by priority.
Each finding card includes a title, a short description, and Customer Examples, the verbatim quotes from the campaign's messages.
Read the results into copy
The fastest way to use the output:
- Take the top two or three Key Themes and check that your client's page headlines actually address them.
- Turn each Pain Point into a proof point or FAQ entry that answers the complaint before a prospect raises it.
- Rewrite benefit statements using the wording in Value Props customer examples. Aim for copy that sounds like the reviews rather than like the business.
Export the results
Click Export Analysis below the tabs to download the full analysis as a JSON file. Useful for handing findings to a copywriter or pulling them into another tool.
Tips
- Quality scales with volume. At the 10-message minimum the themes are thin; above 30 messages they get much sharper.
- Re-run the analysis after each large import. New messages don't change saved results until you do.
- Compare analyses across campaigns for a client and its competitors. A theme that shows up as a competitor pain point and as one of your client's value props is positioning gold.
Troubleshooting
The AI Analysis button is disabled. The campaign has fewer than 10 messages. The button label shows how many more you need, so import or add messages first.
The analysis failed. Click Try Again on the error screen. If it keeps failing, return to the campaign with Back to Messages and confirm the messages contain readable text.
A tab shows "No Analysis Yet". That category hasn't been run. Click the Analyze button on the tab (it names the category, such as Analyze Key Themes) to run it alone, or Re-run Analysis to refresh all four at once.
